The Cheeky Panda Bamboo Toilet Roll is made from FSC Certified, 100% unused bamboo that would otherwise go to waste - not Panda's food source. These rolls are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, hypo-allergenic, naturally skin friendly. The soft and strong 3-ply texture is super absorbent thanks to the long fibres in bamboo containing less dust particles. It is 100% biodegradable, renewable, sustainable and quick to break down in sewers and macerators, making it a great eco-friendly choice. 

Bamboo grows 20-30 times faster than trees, producing 30% more oxygen and absorbing 35% more carbon. Bamboo is like a grass so when its cut it re-grows from the root unlike trees that once cut the stump and the root systems are dead. Bamboo requires no fertilisers to help it grow, just sunshine and water. The more you cut bamboo, the better it grows. Bamboo is naturally anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, odour-resistant and hypo-allergenic. It's kinder to the skin and unlike recycled tissue is doesn't contain any de-inking agents or traces of bpa.

In 2019, Cheeky Panda became the first tissue company in the UK to be Vegan Registered with The Vegan Society, and also became Leaping Bunny Certified with Cruelty Free International, meaning zero animal testings in manufacturing. Since 2016, Cheeky Panda has been Carbon Balanced, protecting plans and animals in endangered rainforests through partnership with The World Land Trust and NEPCon.
